Parker and Willard Investments LP, as a Private Fund Limited Partnership (PFLP) registered in England and Wales, is intended to provide our qualified and approved UK and non-UK private investors with the following:
The opportunity to gain exposure to niche investments in UK and overseas real estate and supply chain finance, along with traditional investments in public and privately traded securities, as well as in the bond market, all of which may have regulatory advantages in some jurisdictions compared to direct investments in the same underlying interests;
Investors may receive income returns in the form of interest and dividends from the fund, which may include obtaining certain UK tax relief, which may or may not be available;
The effective UK tax charged on income received by the fund may be lower than the UK tax charged on income received directly from the underlying assets by a non-UK investor;
Certain investors in the fund may be treated for UK tax purposes as receiving income from UK property or other interests, subject to UK tax law. Credit for this tax may be available against any tax payable in their country of residence (depending on the rules which apply in that country);
The fund may claim exemption from UK tax on capital gains on disposals of UK real estate or indirect interests in UK real estate when and where applicable;
Currency hedging may be offered to investors with limited partnership interests in the fund who require returns in their domestic currency.
